I believe it is important to bring these issues to your attention to improve the experience for future guests. Firstly, upon arrival, I encountered difficulty locating my room as there was no assistance available. Additionally, my attempts to reach out for help via phone went unanswered. This lack of support was quite disappointing. Secondly, there was a discrepancy in the checkout time. While I was informed verbally that checkout was at 11 AM, the information provided in the room indicated a 12 PM checkout. This inconsistency was further compounded by a staff member repeatedly calling to remind me to check out before either of these times had arrived. Moreover, I was informed that a fee of $350 would be charged if the room key was misplaced, which felt more like a threat than a standard policy reminder. This approach was unsettling and seemed intended to hasten my departure. Furthermore, the advertised "beach view" was not as described, and the noise from nearby construction was quite disruptive during my stay. These factors significantly detracted from the overall experience. Given these issues, I am hesitant to consider staying at your establishment again.
