The worst experience I have ever had using booking.com - the property should be investigated and removed from the websit Positive: Avoid this property at all costs - It was the worst experience I have ever had when using booking.com. Check in time was supposed to be 3pm - I arrived at 2.40pm and the door was unlocked and the property had not been cleaned (see pics including a Christmas tree in February!) I made contact with the company using what’s app which is how they had contacted me. They did not apologise, they made lame excuses and did not sort the problem out or offer any refund and did not call me to discuss how to resolve as requested. Someone tithe up at the property at 3pm but pretended they did not know what was happening, I suspect this was the owner or agent. They did not apologise or offer any assistance. I had to book accommodation nearby at short notice and it cost 3 x the price. Negative: Everything. The apartment was not ready on time, it was not clean and the person dealing with the matter was rude and unapologetic/made no effort to rectify the situation.

Exceptional service Positive: Its clean and neat and the ambiance is great 😍 Negative: There was nothing so far to Complain as it was located in a nice area.
