Luxurious 3BR Beachfront Villa with Modern Amenities

Disappointing Stay Due to Cleanliness, Maintenance, and Safety Issues Positive: The location was excellent, centrally situated between Ras Al Khaimah City and Marjan Island. The check-in process was straightforward, and the keys were easy to locate. Unfortunately, despite these positives, the overall experience was overshadowed by the significant cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues encountered during our stay. Negative: Unfortunately, this property did not meet the standards advertised. The apartment was unclean on arrival, with dust, insects, dirty surfaces, and crockery that needed washing before use. Several advertised amenities (including a coffee machine and toaster) were missing. There were significant maintenance and safety concerns, such as damaged ceilings, exposed fixtures, faulty electrical outlets, and outdated fire safety equipment (Fire extinguisher last serviced in 2022). One bedroom appeared unsuitable due to poor ventilation and flooding in the bathroom due to lack of a shower screen/curtain. While there was some communication with the property management team, the issues raised were unacceptable and should have been identified and resolved prior to ANY guest arrival. These are not matters that can realistically be fixed while guests are occupying the unit. We also attempted to follow up via email and WhatsApp during our stay but received no meaningful response. Overall, the condition of the property and the lack of effective resolution were very disappointing.

Good place to stay. Better utility services and responses would have made the experience better Negative: The upkeep of the 3-BR apartment is generally fine. The water flow in all the toilets was feeble, that we had to leave without taking bath. The response to service call was very slow.

a memorable staycation, will surely book again Positive: The villa is part of a residential community, so it felt safer. It was closer to the beach and not too far from the city. Eveything was a 10-15 minute drive in general. It was a spacious villa and had all the utensils and other stuff that we needed. The TV was working fine as well. Negative: While entering the villa community gate access was not working so we had to wait for sometime. I had the access to the pool but never found the pool anyways.

fair stay & good location. Positive: Clean towels and bed sheets. Floor tiles were dirty and dusty and the smell was not good, as for the kitchen it needs improvement & the trash was not picked up outside the garage.
