Positive: The room was spacious, well-designed, and comfortably accommodated seven adults and children without feeling crowded. One of the most convenient features was the separate beds provided for the children, which ensured everyone had their own comfortable sleeping space and contributed to a more relaxing stay for the whole family. The room offered ample space for luggage and movement, making it ideal for large families or groups traveling together. The layout was practical, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout our stay. Negative: While the room was spacious and suitable for our group, several amenities advertised in the offer were either unavailable or did not meet expectations. The offer mentioned billiards, but no billiards facility was available during our stay. There was also no restaurant within the property, no spa or massage services, and no evening activities or entertainment nearby. Also, complimentary bottled water was provided only on the first day, despite our four-day stay. We expected this amenity to be replenished daily. The number of towels provided was insufficient for the number of guests, and housekeeping services were not carried out on a daily basis. We believe the property description should accurately reflect the facilities and services available to avoid disappointment for future guests.
