اخر تعامل واخر مره احجز فيها شقق Positive: للاسف كنت حاجزه وعندي طرف طاريء طلبت منهم طلب دخول مبكر الساعه 11 وبالمقابل اخرج من وقت عطوني دخول 12 ولم وصلت انصدمت من كل شي بالاستقبال طلبت من السكيورتي لو في اي عامل يساعدني ويحمل عندي الشنط لكنه رفض وكان في كثير عمال .. اول ماوصلت الشقه رامين عند الباب الكلينكس الجديد والفرش الجديد ان انا ارتب واسوي كل شي بنفسي!! دخلت الشقه مب منظفه من اخر زوار يوجد كوب قهوه و بوب كورن مرمي على الارض ولم يتم استبدال فرش السرير ويوجد طبعات قدم طفل على الغنفات طلب منهم استرجاع المبلغ بالكامل والغي الحجز وحاليا قيد الارجاع Negative: اسوء تعامل

Think twice Positive: .location is very good. Peaceful community Negative: Shower with no hot water, if you turn on heater-water park opens in guest bathroom from ceiling-terrifying view considering this might be a bigger accident if electricity involved. Maintenance is not supporter same day, and we had to leave without any shower.

Good location with bad services Positive: Only Location Negative: Booked with extra bed, but the host doesn't read it. Struggling to get answers, And get the bad for the kid. Tv not working, we complained many time, they sent us battery to replace at 6pm , also not working, at 9pm someone came and told us that remote not working and he promised to replace it, and he didn't show again. Cushions cover not clean. 11:05am next day someone knock the door and ask us to leave!!!!!! Overall the worst experience in RAK.
